CONGEALED SALAD 
1 pkg. sugar free Jello (orange or strawberry)
1 can crushed pineapple (packed in own juice) use juice and
all
1 c. buttermilk
1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip (can use 12 oz. size)
1 c. chopped pecans

Boil pineapple and Jello (dry), let cool a little. Then whip. Add buttermilk and whip or beat again. Add Cool Whip (folding in) and then add the pecans. Let set.
