FANCY CHICKEN AND RICE 
3 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1/2 c. melted butter
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. raw rice

Mix butter, onion, soups and chicken stock and seasonings together. In buttered 3 quart casserole pour in rice and half of soup mixture. Then place chicken over rice mixture. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Then turn oven to 300 degrees and cover chicken. Bake 1 hour. Then uncover, sprinkle with can French fried onion rings and paprika. Continue baking for about 1/2 hour uncovered.
