RASPBERRY LIQUEUR | |
3 c. sugar 3 c. water 1 qt. fresh raspberries 1 qt. inexpensive whiskey or brandy Simmer the sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over raspberries in a wide mouth jar. Add the liquor. Cover loosely and set aside for 3 months. Pour off through a sieve and put into decanter. A good after dinner drink or over ice; the liqueur turns a bright pink. |
