4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco, mixed with 1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat the milk and flour on the stove and stir until very thick. Then cool very well. After the mixture is cold, put in a mixing bowl and add the mixture of Crisco and butter. Beat together then add the sugar and vanilla. Continue beating until desired thickness. The more you beat it, the better it is.
