CARAMELIZED POPCORN 
15 cups of popcorn
1 stick of butter
1/4 c. lite Karo syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Simmer butter, brown sugar and syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add baking soda. When action is over, pour over the popcorn. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Add peanuts if needed.
