1 box Rice Chex
1 box raisins
1 (16 oz.) jar roasted peanuts
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1 sm. jar creamy peanut butter
1 box powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter, chocolate morsels and peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over first mixture and stir until coated. Cool. Stir in powdered sugar, mixing well.
