TOMATO CHICKEN 
1 whole fryer or 8 leg quarters
1 can tomato puree
4 oz. onion
4 oz. celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cut up chicken. Add chicken, onion, celery, salt, and pepper to boiling water. Boil chicken until tender. When chicken is ready, remove from water. Place in oblong casserole or pan. Add tomato puree. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with biscuits.
