GREEN DESSERT 
50-55 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter
2 (3 oz.) pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
12 oz. Cool Whip (8 ounce for pudding and 4 oz. for topping)

Crush crackers. Mix with butter.

Mix pudding, milk and ice cream. Add 8 ounce of Cool Whip.

Pat cracker mixture in 9x13 pan, reserving 1/2 to 2/3 cup for topping. Top with pudding mix. Spread 4 ounce of Cool Whip on top. Top with cracker mix.
