MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. macaroni
1 Cracker Barrel medium cheese, shredded
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Butter, salt, pepper

Cook macaroni for 10 minutes in 2 cups water. Rinse well in cool water. In a separate bowl. Mix eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper to this. In 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish, layer macaroni and a teaspoon of butter and cheese. Pour milk and eggs over this. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown on top.
