FAJITAS 
2-3 onions, sliced
2-3 lb. beef or chicken, cut into strips
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lime juice
Flour tortillas
Lettuce, chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tomato, diced
Guacamole
Sour cream

Marinate chicken or beef in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and lime juice for 12-18 hours in refrigerator. Cook meat and onion with marinade in iron skillet over medium heat. Leave meat in skillet while serving so that meat will stay warm.

Warm tortillas as per direction on package. Allow guests to prepare their own Fajitas with the condiments they prefer. Guacamole may be found in the frozen foods section of your supermarket or may be prepared from 2 avocados and 1 package of guacamole mix.
