GINA RUSSELL'S COOKED PIMENTO
CHEESE
 
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 tbsp. Pet milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. American cheese

Mix all together. Cook until all cheese melts. Remove from heat. Let cool. Add small can pimentos and 2 tablespoons salad dressing. Really creamy and smooth, delicious on celery, crackers, or on sandwiches.
