RAW CRANBERRY SAUCE (OR SALAD) 
1 pkg. cranberries (1 lb. or 12 oz as is the size nowadays)
1 lg. unpeeled orange
1 lg. unpeeled apple
1 flat can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. red Jello (I like strawberry)

Remove seeds from orange and apple. Grind apple, orange and berries in food grinder. Add sugar and pineapple. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Dissolve Jello in 3 cups hot water. Cool to syrupy. Add to mixture. Pour into mold or molds. Keeps well in refrigerator or freezes well.
