BROKEN GLASS SALAD | |
1 pkg. red Jello 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 tbsp. sugar 1 pkg. lime Jello 1 c. pineapple juice 1 tbsp. gelatin dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water 1 pt. whipping cream (I use small tub of Cool Whip) CRUST: 24 graham crackers, crushed 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter (soft) Dissolve each package of flavored Jello separately in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Place in flat dishes or refrigerator trays. When firm cut in small cubes. Boil pineapple juice and add sugar and plain gelatin mixture. Set aside and cool. Crush crackers and mix with sugar and butter. Line bottom of pan with 1/2 crust mixture. Fold in cream with pineapple juice mixture and cubed gelatin. Pour on crust and cover with remaining crust. Chill. |
