3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with sauce
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. mashed bananas

Put all dry ingredients in bowl. Add others. Stir until mixed. Do not beat. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan (or 3 round pans). Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar

Beat until smooth.
