BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lb. broccoli
1 med. tomato, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Steam or boil broccoli until tender. Drain liquid and cool broccoli. Add to chopped tomato and onion; toss gently with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill 1 hour or more in the refrigerate.
