DOUBLE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed, mix for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Cut cake into 3 layers. Frost layers with frosting.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 envelope whipped topping mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine pudding, topping mix and milk, beat 5 minutes until thick.
