CRAB PUPUS 
12 oz. pkg. shredded imitation crab or 9 crab sticks chopped
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. wonton skins
1 egg yolk, beaten
Several drops Tabasco sauce

Blend crab with cream cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Tabasco. Put 1 tsp. of crab mixture into center of each wonton skin. Moisten edges with egg. Pick up the 4 corners and pinch them together or follow directions on wonton package. Cook in hot oil, turning once for about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
