CRANBERRY DELIGHT 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in cranberry sauce and next 3 ingredients. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into foil lined loaf pan. Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Cut in slices to serve.
