RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. sliced rhubarb
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. cream
6 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. soda cracker crumbs
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs and sugar, add cream, butter and crumbs. Put rhubarb in pie shell. Pour mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400 degrees F. for ten minutes. Turn down to 350 degrees F. for 40-50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
