4 med. zucchini
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. dill herb
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wash and trim zucchini and quarter lengthwise. Par boil in salted water 5 minutes. Place in buttered baking dish. Mix other ingredients, saving 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. spread mixture over squash and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
