LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 tbsp. oil
1 lb. sausage
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 diced onion
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 pt. ricotta
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. parsley
1 lb. Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
Lasagna noodles

Mix first 8 ingredients and form 3 large balls. Brown in 5 tablespoons oil. Remove and brown sausage. Slice meatballs and crumble sausage. Cook onion in oil. Add paste, sauce, crushed tomato, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer 10 minutes. Add meat and simmer 20 minutes more. Mix ricotta, egg, milk and parsley in bowl. Boil 6 noodles.

In pan, put sauce, 3 noodles, sliced Mozzarella, ricotta mix, Parmesan cheese, sauce and repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.
