MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 1/2 c. macaroni noodles
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 brick of sharp Cheddar cheese

Boil macaroni. In a saucepan melt butter, add salt and milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add cheese. Stir until melted, and mix noodles in. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
