PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

In medium bowl, mix sugar and peanut butter until well blended. Stir in evaporated milk, chips and nuts until well mixed. Drop batter by heaping teaspoons 1 1/2 inches apart onto foil lined cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely on foil. Peel foil from cookies. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
