POTATO CRUST (FOR QUICHE) | |
4 c. grated potatoes (coarse grate may be the best) 1/2 c. flour 1 egg and seasoning Mix. Press into an oiled pan. Brush with oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. (A suggested filling: sprinkle crust with onion, broccoli, ham, and over this pour a mixture of milk, egg, pepper and a dash of nutmeg. |
