MICROWAVE POTATO BAKE 
3 potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Dill to taste
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Peel and cube potatoes into 1/2 inch chunks. Toss with onion in a buttered casserole. Generously dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped dill. Cover. Microwave on full power 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Let stand, covered, 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. If you wish to have a crispy topping, put the cheese topped casserole under the broiler for a minute or two.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
