BARBECUED CHICKEN | |
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces 1 c. barbecue sauce 1. Arrange chicken in a 10-inch round baking dish with the meatier thicker portions toward the outside of the dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at power level 10 for 4 minutes. Drain and turn over. 2. Brush half of the barbecue sauce onto the chicken. Microwave, uncovered, at power level 10 for 6 minutes. Turn, brush with remaining sauce, and continue to microwave at power level 10 for an additional 4 to 7 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before stirring. Makes 4 servings. |
