1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
5 tbsp. cocoa or 2 oz. squares
7 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cornstarch

Mix sugar, cocoa and Carnation and cornstarch all together. Cook and stir until it thickens on medium heat.
