SNAPPY JOE'S 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1 c. cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix), shredded
8 toasted hamburger buns or 8 baked potatoes

Cook ground beef, pepper and onion in large skillet until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato, barbecue sauce and coleslaw mix. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Spoon onto buns or use as topper on baked potatoes. This is a low-fat recipe.
