EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. cabbage, grated
3 carrots, shredded
2 c. bean sprouts, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped finely
Garlic powder to taste
Ginger to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Soy sauce
1 tbsp. oil
Egg roll wrappers

Brown meat with onions. Add small amounts of spices and soy sauce.

In wok or fry pan, stir-fry vegetables in 1 tablespoon of oil until tender. Also add spices and soy sauce. Mix meat mixture with vegetable mixture, spoon into wrappers, leaving any liquid in bottom of bowl. Fold bottom corner first, then sides, then roll up. Deep fry until golden brown. Remove and drain. Can be pan fried also.

While rolling, keep finished raw egg rolls covered with slightly damp cloth to prevent wrappers from cracking.
