1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 15)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 pints chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Mix the cookie crumbs with the sugar in a bowl. Stir in the butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Spoon half the ice cream into the crust. Drizzle with half the chocolate syrup; swirl with a knife. Spoon the remaining ice cream carefully over the top. Drizzle with remaining syrup.
