Vegetable cooking spray
4 c. peeled & thinly sliced apples
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. vanilla butter nut flavoring
8 lg. marshmallows, halved

Coat a 10"x16"x2" baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Arrange apple slices in dish. Sprinkle with allspice and flavoring. Top with marshmallow halves. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 50 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 6 servings.
