BILL'S THREE D-D-D'S 
1 (8 oz.) can tuna, packed in water
Grapes
Orange, peeled and sectioned
Mushrooms
Onion
Green onions
Diet mayonnaise
Soy sauce

Chop ingredients into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl. Add tuna and stir. Add diet mayonnaise (1 large spoonful). Mix well. Add a few shakes of soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. About 200 calories. Enjoy!
