HOMEMADE NOODLES
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
About 2 c. flour
3 tbsp. milk or water
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs; add milk and beat again. Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Add enough flour to egg mixture to make a stiff dough. Knead well on floured board. Roll dough into thin sheets; set aside to dry for 2 or 3 hours. (I dry mine overnight.) Turn sheets several times while drying.

When dry enough, cut into narrow strips of desired length. Drop into broth and cook about 20 minutes. Serve hot. A favorite of my family.
