SAUTEED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6-8 chicken breasts
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Thyme
Paprika
Olive oil
Tarragon leaves
1 c. pale dry sherry

Season chicken breasts with garlic salt, pepper, thyme and paprika. Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken until brown. Soak the tarragon leaves in sherry. Pour this mixture over chicken and simmer until tender.
