FRENCH-FRIED CHICKEN PIECES 
Makes 4 servings

1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 lb. boneless chicken cut into bite-size pieces
Vegetable oil

1. In a medium bowl, combine egg, flour, and milk; stir until smooth. Dip chicken into mixture then in cracker crumbs.

2. In large skillet, heat about 1/2 inch oil Fry chicken pieces until golden brown. About 5 to 8 minutes.
