COOL & EASY FRUIT PIE 
1 pkg. Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
7 ice cubes
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and ice cubes. Stir until slightly thickened. Blend in Cool Whip using a wire whisk. Fold in pineapple and chill until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into pie shell and chill 2 hours.
