1 1/2 lbs. Oreo cookies, crushed 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. powdered sugar 4 tbsp. butter 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding 2 c. milk 1 pt. whipping cream 1 (8-inch) new flower pot container (plastic) Crush Oreo cookies; set aside. Combine all ingredients (minus the whipping cream and crushed cookies) in a deep bowl. In a separate bowl whip whipping cream; then fold into above mixture. In the 8- inch flower pot layer half of the Oreo cookie crumbs; then layer in the creamy filling. Use the remaining cookie crumbs to layer on very top; refrigerate. When ready to serve, make a silk flower arrangement or a couple stems and use as a center piece before serving as a dessert. Fresh fruit i.e. strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, etc. are excellent when dipped into this mixture. |
