PINEAPPLE LOAF BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple-with juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg

Mix all together.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, until top is brown and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.

Can be served with cream cheese or butter.
