1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 of large container Cool Whip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix the first 2 ingredients; this is the bottom layer; put into 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat the next 2 ingredients until creamy. Put this as the second layer. Mix the pudding and milk as directed on package. This is the third layer. Top with the remaining Cool Whip. This is the fourth layer. Freeze or refrigerate.
