SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD | |
3/4 c. yellow cornbread 1 c. all-purpose flour 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. butter, melted Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; mix only until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. |
