CHOCOLATE DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 sqs. chocolate, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins or dates

Cream butter and sugar; add chocolate, eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Blend well. Add nuts and fruit. Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
