MEAT LOAF WITH TOPPING 
2/3 c. milk
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. green pepper - chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 slices bacon

Mix meat loaf ingredients together. Shape into a loaf and place in a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Mix topping ingredients together and pour over meat loaf. Top with bacon and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
