1 pkg. ice box pumpernickle or rye bread 1 can sauerkraut medium size, very thin 1/2 lb. cooked corned beef, sliced very thin 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced very thin Butter bread rounds lightly. Place corned beef, then small amount of sauerkraut on rounds, topped with cheese. Sprinkle small amount of paprika on top. Place one cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate until ready to heat. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts, approximately 15 minutes. Serve hot. |
