2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. pure vanilla

Combine and sift dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix salad dressing and hot water; blend well. Add to dry ingredients and beat well. Add vanilla. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Top with ice cream, whipped cream or favorite frosting. A nice, moist cake!
