CHICKEN AND DRIED BEEF 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef
3 lg. whole chicken breasts, boned & cut in half
6 slices bacon
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Run cold water over the dried beef; drain and separate pieces. Place dried beef slices in bottom of 12"x8"x2" pan. Place halves of chicken on the beef slices, then one slice of bacon over each piece of chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix together the soup and sour cream, pour over the chicken and bake 25 minutes longer. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
