PRISCILLA'S BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Prepare topping first. Blend together using a pastry blender. 1/4 c. Crisco 1 egg 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together sugar, Crisco, and egg. Add rest of ingredients that have been sifted together. Gently stir in 2 cups blueberries (or any other well drained fruit - pineapple, cherry, raspberries, etc.) Top with first mixture and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 45 minutes for a 9 x 9 pan. 1 1/2 times recipe makes 9 x 13 pan. 2 times recipe makes 11 x 15 pan.
