MACARONI AND CHEESE PIE | |
1 sm. box macaroni 1 lg. sharp Cheddar cheese 2 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 stick butter Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Pour water off. Add milk, eggs, butter and 1/2 pound sliced Cheddar cheese, letting cheese and butter melt in pot. Slice remaining 1/2 pound cheese to layer on top of macaroni. Pour mixture into Pyrex dish. Add sliced cheese to top of macaroni mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. |
