TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
5 oz. can Pet milk
1 can cream of Cheddar soup
Tater tots

Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown meat and add onion soup mix. Layer in the pan the items with the meat on the bottom. Spread vegetables next. Then add celery soup diluted with half of milk. Then add cheese soup diluted with other half of milk. Cover top with tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned and bubbly.
