NO - BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) crunchy peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. semi - sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. solid shortening

Melt butter. Mix in powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs and peanut butter. Press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and shortening together and spread over top. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in refrigerator. Yields 30 to 40 squares. Freezes well. Hint: Score before refrigerating to prevent breaking.
