CHERRY STREUSEL BARS 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. coconut or chopped nuts

Cut butter into flour and sugar until particles are fine. Save 1 cup of mix and press remaining mix into bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until light brown.

Spread cherries over crust. Combine either coconut or nuts with reserved 1 cup mix. Sprinkle over cherries. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
